Privacy policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
NowIntroducing helps you prepare the forms you need to update your name after a marriage, divorce, or court order. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
- Questionnaire answers. Your current and new name, date of birth, address, contact details, and the facts the agency forms ask for (for example, Social Security number for Form SS-5 and passport details for the passport forms). You decide what to enter; we only ask for what the forms require.
- Payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data. Standard web server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
Your answers are used only to fill in your document package, show it to you for review, and let you download it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
The questionnaire and your documents run on LawSync Forms, a secure legal document platform hosted in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your completed package is available to download from the link we give you after checkout.
Who can see it
Only the staff who operate NowIntroducing and the service providers needed to run it (hosting, payment processing, and email delivery). We disclose information to others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your questionnaire and documents so you can come back to download them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@lawsync.com.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@lawsync.com.
Children
NowIntroducing is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
