What NowIntroducing is

NowIntroducing is a self-help document preparation service. We give you a questionnaire built for your state and use your answers to fill in the official government forms and prepare a step-by-step guide. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and using this site does not create an attorney–client relationship.

What you get

For a flat fee of $20 you receive the forms for your state and situation, filled in from your answers, together with a filing guide and an update checklist. Government fees (for example passport fees or driver license fees) are separate and are paid directly to the agency.

Your responsibilities

• Answer the questionnaire truthfully and completely. The documents are only as accurate as the information you give.
• Review every document before you sign or submit it. Agencies and courts rely on what you sign.
• Follow the agency's own instructions for signing, notarizing, and delivering each form. Requirements change, and the agency's current instructions control.

Refunds

If a document package cannot be produced for you, or you are unhappy with it, email support@lawsync.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the $20.

No guarantee of outcome

We cannot guarantee that any agency or court will accept your forms or approve your name change. Decisions belong to those agencies.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of your use of NowIntroducing is limited to the amount you paid us.
